Currently the company has 10 workshops, realizing the full process production control in mould development, injection moulding, surface coating and multi-color printing, we sincerely hoping work with partner all over the world.Introduction to workshopsMould workshop: our technology department has gained more than 10 years' experience in the development of glass and plastic mould, contributing to complete technique process and manufacturing of mould, which provide high-quality platform for OEM&ODM.Injection workshop: in order to enhance the stability of products quality and facilitate the full automation of the injection workshop, our injection workshop makes plan and layout according to the modern business standardization criteria and technique process strictly. Currently, there are 60 high-capacity full-serve injection molding machines, three bi-color injection molding machines, and the industrial robot and automatic refill system.Coating workshop: there are two production lines for glass bottles, with single day of output 200 thousand pieces, and two lines for plastic parts with capacity of over 150 thousand pieces of one day.Printing workshop: it has 7 sophisticated automatic hot stamping machines, 7 semi-automatic stamping machines, 2 foil stamping machines with profile modeling, one tri-color printing machine, 3 automatic printing machines, 16 semi-automatic printing machines, 5 laser sculptors and automatic multi-color printing machines.
